Alzheimers Origin in the Brain Pinpointed and Development Traced
Scientists have known for many years that Alzheimer's Disease starts in a part of the brain known as the entorhinal cortex. But the exact location of its origin, and how it develops and spreads from there to other parts of the brain, has not been identified or mapped in living patients.
