Dieting Makes you Fat, Why Diets Fail, How to Diet Successfully
There are two ways to lose weight successfully and permanently: (1) Surgery and (2) Develop the willpower to reduce your daily calorie intake by 20% permanently. Government intervention to change the calorie density of processed foods and reverse the trend that have cause the global obesity epidemic will probably never happen. Eat less, eat low calorie density foods, eat whole foods, change you lifestyle, change your eating patterns, exercise more and develop your willpower to cope.
